Terms are friendly, but please note:
"10.4 The Company may close an Affiliate Account that has remained inactive for a continuous period of six (6) months. Inactivity means the absence of traffic generation, account access, login activity, communication, or other participation in the Affiliate Program during that period. The Company will provide the Affiliate with at least thirty (30) days' written notice and an opportunity to reactivate the account before closure.
10.5 Upon closure of an inactive Affiliate Account, any valid earned and unpaid Commission must be claimed by submitting a valid invoice within ninety (90) days of termination. Any Commission not claimed within this period shall be forfeited and will no longer be payable."
