Golden Lady non-responsive and not paying $3,837 commission...

I got in touch with "Jaun Arias" on Skype back in November and he did respond (with very short sentences)
First we agreed to meet in person at SiGMA - but when I messaged him from there, he said that he was not there despite saying he would be.
So after SiGMA I continued the conversation on Skype.

But as soon as he realised that I wanted to get paid the $3,837 commission I am due, he basically ignored all my questions
Follow up requests from me also went unanswered, even though Skype shows he has been online regularly.

I started promoting Golden Lady Casino back in 2015, and at first everything went very well. I earned a few $1,000s and did always get paid - but my last payment from them was in 2018. Since then my outstanding commission has built up to $3,837.
I referred a total of 186 active players - and this is what I get in return

Sorry to hear this KasinoKing. Thanks for informing us though, as because of your example, I am not going to promote them. What a bunch of clowns. I recognize that name as well. I was in contact with him to see if we could work together, but because of your previous post regarding them not paying, I decided to leave it as is.

I seriously do not understand the reasoning behind programs acting like this. Business wise, it's so stupid.
