Getting paid!?

Am I really the only one here who has a problem getting paid? Mr. Affiliates does okay for us, but none the less no matter what I have a run around getting paid for incomprehensible reasons. For one, I don't know why they can't just pay monthly without having to hassle them, and then once you do have to contact them it would seem that someone would make sure we are paid promptly instead of always having to chase payments.

Tobias you said our wire would be issued on the 4th, we are getting no contact back from our requests and we definitely have not rec'd the wire.

once you do have to contact them it would seem that someone would make sure we are paid promptly instead of always having to chase payments.

This industry (aff programs etc) seems to lack a lot of common sense. Stuff that is easy peasy (childs play), more often than not gets turned into a frustrating knotted ball of string...

Hey All!

I´m sorry my reply has been delayed, I´m currently traveling around Sweden for family visits.

Without having WCD Admin´s account in front of me I can give this general answer:

Regarding not being paid, we are striving for to pay the 4th as we have been in the past. I know that last month NetRefer had problems with their connection to Skrill and that affected us and many other operators and was completely out of our hands but NetRefer has assured me that this will never happen again.

A few weeks ago we also moved Mr Green from one stock listing to another thereby increasing our internal controls and quality assurance. That created a few days delay one month as well. I do apologize for this and believe me that no-one would be happier than me to see the payments going out the 4th like clockwork. We have recently hired 3 new team members in the affiliate team to make sure that we have manhours enough reply to all your questions and thoughts in a timely fashion. I apologize for the inconvenience but please know that we are doing all we can to make sure it runs as smoothly as possible.

Hello all!

From now on out we have added more security routines regarding our payments so we will strive to send the money out on the 8th each month.

CBJ - If you have Bank transfer as your payments method the money should appear on Monday the latest. If you have an e-wallet please contact us at affiliates@mrgreen.com and we´ll look at your payment straight away.

If we pay on the 8th instead of the 4th we will still be quicker than 90% of our competitors and we will keep aspiring to be among the quickest partners that you can have in terms of service and payment.

With all due respect Tobias, if you are going to make false claims like that based on pure guess-work, it's not surprising that some will react with anger.
So you're claiming pay on the 8th = top 10% quickest payers?
These were my pay RECEIVED dates for the last 3 months:
