Can someone please tell me what this means?

I'm suppose to get 50% Net Gaming Revenue. How dose a $20 deposit turn into $7.50? and what dose overall deposit value mean, are they rounding it off to the nearest dollar. HELP!

Just because you had $20 in deposits, it doesn't mean the player lost it all.
Maybe he only lost $7.50 and still had $12.50 in his account at the end of the month?
Your earnings look correct to me - that is 50%.

I'm one of the worst ones for this - I often deposit for a bonus but take up to 6 WEEKS to finish the WR as I often jump around from one casino to another! :emoticon-0111-blush
(e.g. I still haven't finished the WR on a bonus I took at Spin Palace in February!)

Thanks for the reply. it was also explained to be by Silvia. I get it now and it's all cool. I wish I played like that! lol I might play for a few days if I get really lucky but months..gawd your good. LOL

As long as revenue keeps going up I guess it is okay, but STILL - I was told on many occasions by Julian and (I think - I'd have to check) Silvia, too bummer

There was no bundling when we joined the program.

That's how I felt about it too. I was told by Julian who checked that there was NO bundling.

There was no bundling when I joined either so if they have made this change it is retroactive and not cool! I will try to get to the bottom of this asap!
