Complaint Regarding Unpaid Commissions – HellSpin / GemSlots
HellSpin and GemSlots are refusing to pay us the money we are owed, claiming that our players are not genuine and that our traffic is supposedly generated by bots or through some other form of fraudulent activity.
These allegations are completely unfounded. We generate legitimate traffic and our players are real players. We have never intentionally used bots, fake accounts, or any other fraudulent methods to generate traffic.
What is particularly concerning is that they are refusing to provide us with any further information or evidence to support these serious accusations. If they genuinely have evidence showing that our traffic or players are fraudulent, we are willing to review it and accept the consequences if their claims can actually be proven.
However, simply making accusations without providing any evidence is not acceptable. We are therefore asking HellSpin and GemSlots to provide us with specific information and evidence supporting their claims, including what exactly they have identified as suspicious and on what basis they have reached this conclusion.
We have legitimate traffic and genuine players. We stand behind our traffic completely. If they are correct in their accusations, we are prepared to accept that — but they need to prove it.
Until then, withholding our payment based solely on unsupported allegations is completely unacceptable.
