We received the following email:
"It is with regret that we announce the end of our brand Fruity Casa which will cease to operate as of 7 November 2022. All existing players on Fruity Casa will be migrated to 21 Casino as an alternative casino to play on.
This option will be available only to Fruity Casa players that do not have an existing 21 Casino player account, and who currently do not have any form of responsible gambling block linked to their account.
The process will take 30 days and has commenced on the 7 October 2022. A series of service emails will be sent out to players outlining the process. Players are free to opt out of the migration.
How will this impact affiliates?
Fruity Casa affiliate accounts will be migrated onto 21 Casino. You, as an affiliate will still retain the revenue share you currently have on your affiliate account. This means that you will still receive revenue share on all your migrated players. This way you will not lose out on any future commission from these players.
The username will be your Fruity Casa affiliate account with “fcmigration_” added to the start of your username. Therefore, if the Fruity Casa username was XXX it will now be fcmigration_XXX The password will remain unchanged.
You can access your migrated Fruity Casa affiliate account as follows:
1 Login to https://afs.twentyoneaffiliates.com/afs/login.php
2 Input your username: fcmigration_XXX (example)
3 Input your normal password.
You will be able to access these accounts on twentyoneaffiliates.com as from 8 November. After this, any successfully migrated players will start showing up on 21 Affiliates. Please note however, that while historical data will be visible, there will be a delay in the data for the migrated players. This is because player migration happens in batches and will take around 2 weeks.
Meanwhile, we urge you to remove any exposure of Fruity Casa at your earliest convenience.
