Hi James,

I noticed a minor error on the MayanFortune.com site. At the bottom of every page, the footer links to a page called cashier.html. However, the real page is just "cashier" with no .html at the end.

Also -- I was wondering if you had an affiliate-tagged direct-download link for Pantasia Casino? I found a direct-download link for Mayan Fortune, but not Pantasia.

Lastly, do you have a 120x600 banner for Mayan Fortune? I see a lot of other banner options, but no 120x600 banners.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

I have sent the error off to be fixed Re: Cashier.html. It should be fixed today.

Let me check on the direct download link. There should be one in there but if not then Ill add asap.

I have sent the request for banners off to the Art Dept. They should have them done in the next week or two.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

Hi James,

Following up on my first post in this thread.... The homepage still has that link to "cashier.html," which is not the correct URL for the cashier page.

Can someone please fix this? It seems amateurish to have a simple mistake like this on the main page of the site.

Thanks.

Hi James,

It is still not fixed.

If you go to xhttp://www.mayanfortune.com, at the very bottom of the page, there is an area with the Visa logo, NETeller logo, Moneybookers logo, etc. That image (along the whole bottom of the homepage) links to a page called cashier.html. This page doesn't exist -- click the link, and you get a 404 error page. The page with the cashier info is just "/cashier" with no .html at the end.

ugh...

James,

Can you get your webmasters to look over the WHOLE site? It is pretty simple to do and their are tools that will tell you what links are broken. It might be a smart thing to do since anyone would be put off by a Casino with links to places that don't exist.

Makes the casino feel amateurish.

Thank you!

Hi everyone,

I have no idea what the problem is. I keep getting confirmation that this issue has been fixed and clearly it is not. I will send ANOTHER email telling them to get this fixed asap.

I agree, it is amateurish. I apologize.

Hi James,

I can't offer the technical terms for what I'm going to try and describe, so sorry for that.

oh, and the fact you told them it is not working, should have been enough that they would have thought to do this, but perhaps not.

Anyway, ... sometimes what appears to be a working link on your PC : isn't a working link on the net. (for web designer I mean)

That may only be true with frontpage, as I wouldn't know otherwise, but I can say it happens to me, and I have to go in and clear my cache before I start seeing what everybody else sees.

I bet it is something that simple, if it isn't that.

It's been 2 years; hopefully by now they've taken care of this. I suppose it's possible that it hasn't been fixed, though -- Rival programs never cease to amaze me (in a bad way).

lol. 2 years.

I wonder how I ended up in here?

I usually hit the new posts option, which I think I did this time.

Bet you got a kick out of this one lol.

I need to start looking at the dates.
