Elite Casino Partner Denied for the payement

Hello Team,

We have been promoting 'Elite Casino Partners' brands—'SuperSlots' and 'WildCasino'—on our site since July 2026, but they have failed to pay the commission for September. Despite contacting their representative multiple times, we have received no payment for our services. This is highly unprofessional and unfair to affiliates who work hard to drive traffic and generate leads. We advise exercising caution when working with 'Elite Casino Partners'.

They had stated that they would monitor the traffic for three months and decide against proceeding if the traffic quality was unsatisfactory. However, at the end of that three-month period, they unilaterally switched our CPA deal to a revenue-share model without prior notice or consultation. We incurred costs during this time, yet they made the switch without informing us—even though the initial three months were supposed to be a testing period. To make matters worse, they are now ignoring our messages.

Are you able to provide player stats pertaining these players? I would presume not the seeing that it was mainly a CPA deal.

We have received feedback from the Elite Casino Partners representative regarding this complaint.
According to the representative, the affiliate has received payments for July and August 2026. However, the September commission balance is below the minimum payment threshold of $300 for cryptocurrency payments.
As outlined in the program's Terms and Conditions, commissions below this threshold are carried forward until the minimum amount is reached.
The representative has also confirmed that the affiliate manager will contact the affiliate directly to clarify the situation and provide further details.
We appreciate Elite Casino Partners' response and encourage the affiliate to confirm once they have received clarification.
