Back when I had that huge win at bitstarz, they had another similar style promo going. I was betting AU$200. Even on those crazy insane bets (approx 750 spins per hour = $144,000) and playing for literally days, the best I could reach was level 33.

Each level gets harder and harder to climb. Hence, only a limited few or even 1 or 2 players ever reach level 40 and win the €10,000.

It seems unless your mutli millionaire, who can afford €200+ bets, reaching level 40 and the €10K, is impossible. It's the same with the weekly slots promo. Again, unless your rolling in cash, and wagering literally millions a week is your thing, if that's not you, then chances are you get sweet FA.

A few weeks back I dropped/lost $10K and got 25 spins (40x wagering) in the slots comp... Aside from weekly cashback, any promos they run, I mostly always dip out. Most times I get nothing...

Things is, to make it fair for everyone, these "Level Up" slot comps, should have far less XP points to climb the ladder, than the level up cash rewards are paid.

I'm currently on level-6 with approx 20% to go, to reach level-7 (pays 125 spins) . Whatever is won comes with 10x wagering. Not exactly free, or easy to achieve. Reiterating the XP points levels need to be dropped to lesser values, least until the actual cash-rewards, which happen from around level-9 or 10.

When I could play at 32Red (before Kindred), as a VIP HR I received:

• 15% cashback (no wagering);
• 3x loyalty points (3 points per $10 wagered), every 1,000 = $10 (no wagering)
• Birthday and Christmas cash ($1K per drop, no wagering);
• If I had a woefully bad session, I'd get comped. 20x wagering, no bet limit, no game restrictions.

Things have certainly changed. However, while I'm happy as player at Bitstarz, I think, given the above, these Level up comps could reduce the XP required, least until the cash awards from level-9 or 10 commence.

First of all, I agree with you, it's pretty damn hard to reach the first prize of that promotion, and to be fair, not many people do reach the first place spot.

With that said, it's really tricky to make each promo fitting every player, which is why we try to have many different ones built on different metrics. This to ensure that there's something for everyone We got the mix of free spins promos, reloads, drops, level up promos, last man standing promo, second chance spins, weekend table games cash backs, etc.

It's also a bit of a balancing act for us as well, considering that we gotta take all promos into account when we make our calculations for prizes. Sort of a high and low scenario I guess. Because a player could part-take in one promo or could take part in almost all of them, so we gotta estimate how much bonus would be released to the player in a full participation or a selective participation if that makes sense

But I'm not here to claim that we do everything perfectly at BitStarz and there's no room for improvement in the promotions we run. I think that if you have the mindset that things are awesome the way they are and refuse to hear another persons opinion, I think you're doing it wrong.

Thus I appreciate your feedback here and we've actually been discussing the level up promo and how we can make it better. One idea is to allow perhaps VIP players to collect XP faster than others, but that's just one of many thoughts we have I'm always happy to listen to your feedback, mate.

@Bitstarz Affiliates - As a VIP manager I know you do the best you can, with what you are allowed give. I just feel as a VIP there needs to be a little bit extra given, for those of us who, are missing out all the time.

Extra XP points would be super.

Maybe make the daily 2'nd chance free spins 20x wagering, instead of the current 40x.

Just throwing some ideas out there

Aside from the 15% cashback (no wagering) and birthday/Chrissy cash... (speaking on my experiences) nothing else separates my VIP status and the load of cash I drop, to that of low-rollers... Hence, devising a workable cherry-on-top would be a welcome extra benefit!

Not to mention, it would probably help boost your VIP retention too.
