Dear Affiliate

Kindred Group have stopped the local license application in the Czech Republic. This decision was not taken lightly, but due to challenging requirements set out by the local regulator we cannot - at this point in time - proceed any further. Kindred Group is committed to offering our customers the best gambling experience possible. If we are unable to offer customers the best experience, we will not pursue operations within that market.

Our Czech customers remain able to login to their accounts and make withdrawals. They are not able to gamble using Kindred Group products.

Kindred Group will continue to monitor the development of Czech regulation. We hope to be able to offer our products in the future.

The planned migration from Income Access to NetRefer will continue as previously communicated.

Your existing Czech customers will remain tagged to your affiliate account. Should Kindred Group be able to operate in the market in the future, you will earn commission from your customer’s activity, with no action necessary from you.
