We received the following official statement:
"Dear Partner,
Universal Affiliate Group would like to bring to your attention the following information:
As is well known, recently Universal Group celebrated the migration of the affiliate system to the MyAffiliates platform, and with it an entire system configuration process was carried out. In this configuration, we recently discovered that there was an error in the NGR calculation formula.
The normal formula of the NRG is:
NRG = NET Gaming - Fees - Bonuses
[NET Gaming = Bets - Wins]
But our system had a bug, and the formula was "adding bonus amounts" instead of subtracting it, which made the NGR calculation incorrect.
The formula has now been fixed, and all the reports have been updated.
No change or alteration of the values was made such as: bets, winnings, bonus or fee, the only thing that was updated was the result of the NRG formula, and as a consequence, commissions were recalculated to the correct amount.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused; we hope that the information described above is easily understood.
However, we are at your disposal to clarify any doubts.
Best Regards"
