Commission Kings Squeeze Affiliates for More Money

This company is at it again. Commission Kings, aka Sportsbettng.ag and BetOnline.ag, has been looking for ways to squeeze affiliates for years. Years ago, they retroactively made a rule about minimum FTD's or your commission would be cut down to 10%. That was scummy. Now, they have informed all affiliates that any player who has been with them for 3 years automatically gets knocked down to 10%. This rule wasn't always in place and they put it on the books not all that long ago. You can see the email they sent attached.

Companies like this squeeze the little guys and when everyone stops doing business with them, they will blame a changing market and onshore sportsbook and casinos. They are doing the exact opposite of what they should be doing, which is creating better relationships with smaller affiliates and making sure they are happy. Fuck these guys, seriously. I've probably made them over $1M in all the years of working with them, then they hit us with this bullshit. I'm over it.

Yes . they put me on the 10% as i dont send them players anymore, when i signed up that clause was not there, but they do not care, whats funny is that i can just buy 3 first depositors a month, would be worth thousands to me, but just do not care about them anymore

It's unreal. They change the rules after-the-fact and somehow believe these obvious schemes to steal money will make their brand stronger. It will do the exact opposite. Business relationships work when one side doesn't try to fk over the other and doesn't get too greedy. These guys will only have themselves to blame for the inevitable downsizing and potential collapse. They should be freaking out about the US market and doing whatever it takes to make affiliates stay engaged. They are doing the opposite. Career suicide. Oh, and they don't respond to our customer service emails. Like I said, we've probably generated a million dollars for them.

I have it in writing that I am locked in at 30% from their old aff manager. SHe left and I was reassigned. I was naturally cut to 10%. They asked why I do not send players to them. I explained it and was told if I had proof of the prior agreement, they would honor it. I sent the proof and was told that if I sent them traffic after a while they would consider bumping me.

They just reneg everything they say. I know some super affiliates that abandoned them a couple year ago. Their traffic is anemic. Cannot imagine why.

Yeah and another thing they don't take responsibility for is the fact we send them thousands of clicks per month and get a half dozen signups but only a couple FTD's., they fail to close the lead after we do all the work of generating them. It's amazing to me that in the current sports betting environment, they have gone out of their way to drive affiliates away. When they should be doing everything in their power to keep us.
It just shows the power of greed. In a couple years, their brands will be ghost towns and their management will just cry to ownership about the changing market while not taking blame for contributing to their own demise.

I appreciate it. I doubt they will respond. They have ignored my last two emails. This after 20 years working with them and generating a ton of revenue for them. Pathetic and disappointing.

Hi all,
We have received a response from the Commission Kings representative regarding this complaint.
They confirmed that a new rule has been introduced under which the Revenue Share commission for players older than three years is reduced to 10%.
According to their representative, this decision was made by upper management and is already in effect. They also confirmed that no changes to this policy are expected in the near future.
Unfortunately, the program has not indicated any willingness to reconsider this decision.
We wanted to share this feedback with the community for transparency.

Yeah, they told me that the permanent deal I had in writing would be ignored after they told me they would honor it if I showed them proof. Affiliates should be aware that any agreement with them holds no meaning or value in their eyes.
