Mark, please stop scaremongering. You are basing this comment on no facts whatsoever aside from the 10 minute skype chat we had where nothing was mentioned about scaling the company in either direction.

The business is in a transitional period for which we are out of the most turbulent times, but what you must consider is that when I have the full information and I am able to do so, all will be communicated. Plans are afoot to grow the company and develop what we've already got and improve our overall offering.

Reagrds to Skrill and Neteller, this is not something that we want to do and is not something we asked to do. We've been trying to clear some red tape for a few months now and it seems we're getting nowhere, so it's best for quicker payments to firstly inform affiliates and secondly to ask for updated payment information so we can get people paid on time going forward.

Regards to Bitcoin, this is live for players and there's plenty left. Once it's ready we'll add that as an option to the affiliate program for affiliate payments.

Posting facts would help people make informed decisions, posting speculation leads to nothing good or just have patience and we'll deliver an update as and when we can.

Regards payments, we're fully up to date on those now with the final wire payments going out today. There was a delay due to the change in banking processes but thats all sorted out and we're back on track. Novembers payment was delayed for non US wires, Decembers commissions went out 5 days late and the wires are going out today about 5 days early.

Hi Guys, it is true I am leaving and it is with a heavy heart.

I want to clear a few things up.

Early December I was invited out to Malta to check the place out and immediately fell in love. It has always been my dream to work in another country and experience different cultures. Even so, accepting a new role was one of the hardest things I have had to do.

Please do not tie my leaving to the new ownership, I am leaving because I want to try out new things. If I turned down this opportunity I feel I would live in regret of what if? Regardless of ownership the chances are I would have taken this job.

I have had 9 awesome years at Club World / Affiliate Edge, starting from CS and moving through 3 departments to get to being an AM. In this industry 9 years is something employers can only dream of.

Martyn understands and completely supports me taking this opportunity, it shows me again (for the 1 millionth time) what a brilliant guy he is. With him at the helm I have full confidence affiliates will continue to be put first.

Change can be good if you give it a chance,

Last week, we're pushing a soft lauch first to see feedback.
Affiliates do not have to be involved in every single business decision, sometimes we have to test things ourselves before we know it's 100% stable. Let's say we made a song and dance about the launch of bitcoin and then there were loads of problems with it, it would look pretty bad right? So the idea to soft launch is to test it out and at the same time build up some traffic through with current players to see how or if it can be smoothed out to work better or if it's fine as it is.

I agree with you it's not a great thing for us or you. However when it seems like we've no other option based on those particular processors we can't keep them there as an option if they can't be used currently. We can still pay by wire and if all works out well with Bitcoin that will be added also.

I agree Martyn. But there was no word about this change-in-management, not a thing. It took everyone by surprise. Everyone was left in the dark. Maybe a prime example of why programs need to be open about what's happening. It would certainly lessen speculations and the negativity those comments could/have had... just sayin
