Think of blacklisting them. This is not normal!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your account's performance, and I completely understand why you would have questions after seeing the number of historical sign-ups associated with your affiliate account.

That said, since you have raised this publicly and suggested that Top One Partners should be blacklisted, I think it is important that the full context and history of your account are also made clear.

The 18.4K sign-ups associated with your account are historical registrations accumulated since you joined our affiliate program on 27 February 2019. Over the more than seven years you have worked with us, you earned thousands of dollars in commissions from this traffic, and these historical registrations remain part of your account data. They have not been removed or stopped from being credited. Rather, the account reflects the natural decline in activity from players referred in previous years, combined with the fact that no new traffic has been generated through your account for more than two years.

In fact, the existence of more than 18,000 registrations attributed to your account demonstrates that our program tracked and credited the traffic you generated over the years.

Regarding your recent traffic, our records show that there have been no new sign-ups or clicks generated through your account since April 2024. Any activity or commissions recorded on your account since then have come from players who were referred in previous years.

It is unrealistic to expect players acquired several years ago to continue playing and generating commissions indefinitely. The market has also changed substantially. Players today have significantly more alternatives, including sweepstakes and social casinos, regulated online casinos and sportsbooks, prediction markets, fantasy products, and other forms of online gaming and entertainment. Players move between operators and products, and some simply stop playing altogether.

This is particularly relevant given the nature of the traffic you historically generated. Your main website https://mobile-casinoplay.com is heavily focused on free chips, promotional offers, and similar incentives. This type of incentivized traffic is important context when considering the retention and long-term value of historical registrations.

We have also seen a significant decline in your website’s rankings and overall traffic. This is consistent with what we see in your affiliate account, where there have been no new clicks or registrations since April 2024.

We understand that your current performance may be disappointing, but the account data does not indicate an issue with the tracking or crediting of your historical traffic. Rather, it reflects the natural decline in player activity over time, combined with the fact that no new traffic has been sent to us since April 2024.

We therefore believe it is important that the public discussion around your account is based on the complete and accurate history of the relationship. We also reserve the right to take any appropriate steps under our Affiliate Terms and Conditions regarding the continuation of the affiliate relationship.
