Big Betty is a scam. We started working with them, but after 5 FTDs, they told us to stop sending traffic.

The problem is that they didn't pay us because, according to them, the deposits were not high enough compared to the CPA they were supposed to pay.

I find that pretty funny coming from a company that claims to be the best at everything. LOL.

Hello @tracassins

Thank you for reaching out.

So we can look into your case on our side, please send us the email address your account is registered with, or your affiliate ID, in a private message. Once we’ve checked it internally, we’ll be able to give you more details on your request.

We’d also like to note that commission payments are handled under our published Terms & Conditions, which every partner accepts before we start working together.

Thank you. We’ll be waiting for your private message so we can follow up on your case.

Good evening,

I would not go as far as saying that you do not pay.

I am simply stating the facts. At no point in the agreement with the affiliate manager was any KPI mentioned. It was only a CPA deal, and we were then told to stop sending traffic after the fourth FTD.

Then, when the payment was due to be made, the KPI was given as the reason for not paying.

I am simply saying that affiliates should be informed about these conditions when the agreement is made, rather than being presented with them afterward as a fait accompli.

A solution should also be found that works for both sides. Simply saying that the payment will not be honored makes the affiliate feel like they are being taken for a fool. Better communication would be enough.

That is all.

Hi @tracassins

Thanks for the reply. We take your point about communication seriously.

To check what was agreed in your case, we need to know which account and which manager you worked with. Without your account email or affiliate ID we can’t see that. Please send one of them to us in a private message, and we’ll get in touch to go through all the details with you.

@tracassins Dear partner,

Thank you for your message. We have reviewed your case and checked the communication with your manager.

Before the launch, we set out the terms of cooperation in private messages, including that traffic of low quality is not paid. You agreed to them and asked us for the registration link. When you registered, you also accepted our Terms & Conditions, which contain the same condition. The full terms, with all the conditions, were also pinned in your chat with the manager.

The test showed that the traffic quality did not meet these terms, so we stopped the cooperation and no payment was due for it.

We consider this request closed and kindly ask the AGD team @MissExposé to close the thread.

Partner, if you have any further questions, you are welcome to discuss them with your personal manager.

That is completely false, and you know it; I have screenshots that can prove it—at no point during our initial interactions...

My terms and conditions were never specified; this is evidenced by the fact that when I requested payment, the person handling my account showed me a screenshot of these terms—terms I had never approved. You terminated the agreement at the fourth FTD [First Time Deposit] stage, deeming the traffic insufficient—a decision I understand.

Once again, I have all the evidence and can prove it: at no point do you specify your terms and conditions regarding the registration sequence, nor does the branch manager ever state them clearly.

Don’t try to flip the script; you explicitly stated that Kira needed to generate DTD (direct-to-door/direct traffic), which didn’t even happen—since you halted the traffic on the fourth day, it was obviously impossible for the total number of « Auzits » (leads/conversions) to increase. You set this up entirely to suit your own agenda, so take some responsibility for your actions now—over a mere €420…..

And as I can see once again, you are shifting the blame onto someone else instead of taking responsibility. I therefore hope that all the affiliates who see my post will reach out to me directly, so that they might avoid working with you. I find this scandalous, coming from someone who promotes themselves as the « best of the best »—when, in reality, you have hit rock bottom. With that, we have nothing left to discuss.

Hello to both parties,

We’ve reviewed the evidence Big Betty Partners provided and considered your concern about when the payment conditions were explained. The program’s position is that it communicated its traffic quality requirements before you began sending traffic and that the referrals in question did not meet those requirements. Based on the material we reviewed, we find their explanation reasonable.

We understand that you feel your affiliate manager should have made those conditions clearer. However, we don’t see sufficient grounds to ask Big Betty Partners to reconsider its decision on the disputed CPA commission.

AGD is unable to mediate this matter any further, so we’re closing the complaint.
