Charm affiliates - facing payment issues

Hey! I’ve sent an invoice for Betwarts casino promotion (Charm Affiliates) on 7th of October (they sent me the sum and the details I should make an invoice with, everything was fine and approved from their side). When we started cooperation, I was told that they do payments till 15th of the month. So they didn’t pay till 15th of October and from 23 of October their affiliate manager told me that they made the payment and he waited for the hash of the payment from finance (that he didn’t send to me). On 31st of October I told that I would have to leave a complaint as I wasn’t paid and since then I’m just ignored (I texted their finance by email and didn’t get an answer too) . Can you please help solve the issue?

We would like to emphasize that we highly value our affiliates and remain committed to honoring our agreements with each and every one of them. However, when the basic requirements are not met or the terms of the agreement are not respected, we are unable to continue our cooperation with the affiliate in question.

From the outset, it was clearly communicated to nicolebuckley123 that we do not pay for incentivized or fraudulent traffic. Following a review by our finance department, it was confirmed that only one FTD has been generated by this affiliate from the brand’s launch on 1 July through to today, 2 December 2025.

Attached below is a media report from nicolebuckley123’s profile on our platform, indicating the single FTD recorded on 25 July. No additional traffic has been observed from this affiliate since that date.
