This is an email I got:

"In light of an ongoing improvement process being carried out by our organisation, which includes the introduction of new compliance measures and improved automation, we are asking for your immediate cooperation in pausing all advertising and promotion of Casumo casino and sportsbook products in the UK market.

Kindly note that this instruction applies to all marketing efforts with immediate effect, including but not limited to banners, pop-ups, social media adverts, hyperlinks, etc. We will honour a grace period through 16:00hrs GMT on Monday, 24th February 2020 after which time new conversions will no longer be remunerated. I’ve received this too. Not too hopeful that they’ll ever reinstate this program for UK players. It’s a pretty vague email.

Maybe they were reviewed by the UKGC and failed to comply? Or maybe they could risk being fined again. It's a pretty big thing to do so it must be serious. I wouldnt be surprised if Casumo went bust. I've heard nothing from them at all in probably a year.

They are still accepting UK traffic but not crediting any earnings to affiliates that send it.

It may be best to remove them completely from the website :(

Wow, it's really really bad if this is the case. If it is, they should at least have been more transparent about it. They really have been trying to fly under the radar with this.

GiG pulled a similar stunt with the dutch market. Refuses to pay for dutch traffic but continues to accept deposits.

yea... it there was good retention then it is a huge loss for the affiliate. They should pay at least for old customers that are still playing.

They are still paying for UK players sent, at least for the moment. Hopefully they will continue to honor that.

I have always had a great relationship with Casumo Affiliates and the AM I work with is second to none IMO. Its much tougher nowadays to find decent and honest AM's who are as transparent as they can be.
From what I can gather it seems the AM's are also in the dark with whats fully going on with this UK issue, what I do know is they are still accepting UK traffic/players and they are being put on a 0% reward plan when they sign up via affiliate links.

I would recommend either pulling them from the website or concentrating only on Geo targeted traffic.

So essentially they are using us to pay their fines?

I agree, the AM is great but unfortunately that means fudge all when the program screws you over.
