@Blitz We got in contact with one of the new representatives and here is the update we received:

"The brands have changed a number the of owners over the last few years and the licenses have also changed along with this.
Under the new management the brands have been reactivated but we are unable to pay for historical deals as we are a new team with no previous handover on deals and agreements. We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

It's crazy how easy it is to get yourself out of trouble when it comes to paying outstanding debts...

can be closed then......
