Cashier Email

Has anyone tried to get their cashier password changed by getting the email sent . I have done so on a few occassions and the email never seems to arrive. I am wondering if this is because they are changing the email address on their side. There really can be no other reason for this .

same problem bro , i think they have problem with smtp mail protocol who is resposible for mail sending, any way we are going to wait few days.Thanks
