Can't access our account on TopHat Affiliates

Any idea what may have happened to the TopHat Affiliate program? Did it close down? We haven't been able to log in since a few months back and no response from the affiliate team.

@HappyGoLucky the website seems to be working but login and sign up send to an error page. We contacted the representatives but never received a response.
We will close the program on AGD.
