BoGamba - Payments - UNRESOLVED

Dear,

We sent an invoice on the 23rd of October and have been told by our account manager at Bogamba that the payment was on it's way.
Since the 15th of November our account manager hasn't responded on any of our messages and is also not reading them.
We'd like to ask for your assistance.
