We’ve been working with MioMedia for years, but since the new team took over the program has collapsed. What’s happening isn’t bad management it’s systematic fraud.

❌ CPA not honored – deals agreed, players delivered, but no payout.
❌ Revenue Share shaved – backend reports consistently show way below real performance.
❌ Numbers manipulated – stats changed in the backend after reporting.
❌ Fake reporting – old players reinserted, fake “wins” used to slash RS commission.
❌ Postbacks removed – no proper tracking.
❌ Payments delayed 3+ months – HOA & finance blocking calls and avoiding communication.
❌ Blackmail attempt – they demanded we accept new lower terms under threat of non payment. Even after we accepted, they still didn't pay loll

Contacts responsible:
HOA: @helenmiomediareal
AM: @jenny_miomedia

Protect your business, time, and money. Don’t let MioMedia steal your traffic.

Thanks for sharing that, their affiliate managers are the worst, If I would be their boss I would fire them all, as I have not found so unkind and uninterested aff managers anywhere else. So I am not surprised about your post, I would also stay far far away from them. The funny thing is that I reached out to them in a good faith before I was even promoting them, as they had some errors on their website which I suggested to fix. Of course nobody even thanked me for that.

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear about your experience — that’s definitely not the standard we aim for at Miomedia. I’d really appreciate the chance to look into this further and help make things right. Please feel free to contact me directly so we can discuss the situation in more detail.

Hello! I’m glad that finally someone has the courage to write about them. I’ve tried countless times over the past 6 months to talk to them about what happened with their affiliate program, but I’m being blackmailed that if I don’t leave them alone, my commission won’t be paid at all. In any case, over the last few months the payments have been extremely delayed, which made me stop promoting them altogether. Their response was that if I start promoting them again, they will “try” to pay my commission on time! I do not recommend them, and I will write more about them so they don’t deceive others as well! Avoid them, do not work with them.

That’s exactly what I said, and that’s exactly what is happening. Those of you who haven’t worked with them yet, I recommend avoiding them. Unfortunately, those of us who did work with them are, just as you said, being held hostage.

And when I asked why the payments were delayed, I was told that if I bring in players like I did two years ago, they would prioritize my payments. I definitely don’t think that’s normal in any way. When we started working with them, we were all promised that payments would be made no later than the 25th of each month.

I won’t be able to provide you with this information, as I’m concerned that I may once again be threatened by your affiliate managers afterwards.

However, I kindly ask you to at least be honest about the situation. I am not the only one whose payments are delayed every month. I know many other affiliates, and most of them are facing the same issues.

I was simply trying to raise awareness of the problem and warn other affiliates. Unfortunately, I initially tried to resolve these issues privately, but that did not work.

Thanks for the info. Wow, we did work with them and have had okay experience but believe this was prior to new team. From the sounds the AMs are being put in a rock and a hard place. Especially when bad practises are resulting in worst customer experience. Owners controls the money flow and does not want to pay and the salary earner needs to take all the brunt of the complaints and anger without avail to get things paid. Speaking of first-hand experience as I too once worked with a rouge operator that started to only payout in increments, and etc. So, we got an allocation of funds to pay and out of this the funds had to be split up and payout 100’s of affiliates. Never fun but glad to say even though this was the case, not once where we rude or threaten an affiliate to withheld as we always tried to get everyone paid even if it was in drips and drabs.

Getting PTSD just responding here… LOL

Yes, I'm aware that this is pretty much what's happening. At first, I also had a fair and professional working relationship with them, but as you mentioned, over time all of the account managers changed, and even their senior management was replaced. Since then, not only have they stopped paying on time, but I still haven't received my commission for April, and the same thing happened with my March commission, which I only received in the middle of May.

And I'm not an isolated case. I still keep in touch privately with other affiliates who are experiencing similar issues.

If you try to resolve things privately, you're met with threats, pressure, and other questionable practices. That said, I have nothing personal against the account managers. I know their conversations are monitored by the owners, and I understand that they can't always speak openly about what's really going on.

However, I felt it was important to inform you as well, so that you don't end up in the same situation I did. Their actions have put me in a position where I have been unable to meet my own financial obligations to third parties.

I can't tell you how much this irrate me and hence I was always put over the coals for speaking out against the practices and as an AM I was always honest about the facts, sh!t owner and control freak on funds. Look it was also many years ago where we could probably still get away with things.

And it's extremely frustrating for you as an affiliate as well. I tried to explain this to them, but unfortunately, all I received in return were threats and intimidation tactics.

It's a shame, because I genuinely had high expectations of them. I had an excellent working relationship with them back when Helen, Jonathan, and another guy whose name I can't remember were there.

In the end, I was the naive one. I should have been more cautious, especially considering their connections with 7Stars and Wow Partners, where there have always been issues. With them, however, the problems only started a few months ago.

Unfortunately, there's not much I can do at this point other than warn people here and on other industry forums. We should do a better job of supporting and informing one another within the affiliate community.
