I have stats up to and including 20th, nothing beyond that. The stats to 20th are totally wrong anyway. The old system stats on income access would be the more accurate ones as they must be looking at the full database of referred players, or close to it. Incredible they launched the new system without doing any testing. No words for it really.

Agree 100% very amateurish to not have it working before the change over. I only see stats to the 18th on the old system as well. Suppose there will be another email coming soon.

I have stats up to date on the old system, as recent as yesterday. That seems to be working fine for me. I don't know if the data on the old system tracks the activity from recent referrals that were made using the links from the new system. It doesn't show them as new registrations on the old system, but it may be tracking their activity if Income Access is simply looking at all an affiliate's tagged players on the Betfred player database. I'd like to ask my AM about that, but I know the question would simply cause confusion.

Seems very inconsistant with affiliates getting different updates of stats.

Why proper testing isnt done before trying to migrate live data goes beyond me
