Does anyone work with Bet4Slot Partners? They have Bet4Slot Casino (bet4slot . io). We've just started promoting their casino and have strange stats in affiliate account. There are registrations, but somehow no deposits, saying payments rejected or something (from the countries we have a deal).

Sure, I informed their manager about the issue, said it will be fixed soon.

(I'll tell what the issue - there are registrations, but on their platform it says that players trying to make deposit, but unknown error)

Then I asked again (after a week), he responded that fixing the issue needs time.

I contacted him again, said that I was going to stop traffic. He mentioned something like this that there is everything is OK on their side, because SEO traffic is converting very well.

The reason of my post here doesn't aim to "black" a casino or its partner.

I asked the manager for clarification, but didn't get any clear response. He just said that SEO traffic convers well

So I decided to ask here maybe there is someone with the same issue.

As mentioned, I'm open to share screens for conversation and from dashboard as well.
