Bet365 - Terms will not be changed

I don't think someone will spend money to develop websites in order to only rely on friend signups, it is very unrealistic and purely used as excuse for such terms.

I would not underestimate the stupidity of some newbies especially in poker....

I would like a few more specific details on what Bet365 would view as reduced efforts.

Same here... in my case i got paid once what they owed me and surprise enough the player that was dumping 3k a month just vanished, not saying he was taken from me but i do find it weird...

Which means 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 high rollers is not enough. The problems is that the term is open ended and can be used to remove affiliate earnings at will. That is simply not acceptable and is considered predatory.

I don't care if they do not 'plan on using it'... or if they haven't mentioned or used it on you, personally. The fact is that is is there, there is the possibility of abuse, and they will not remove it.

And.... how do they know who your friends are? They don't, so how can they use it to 'stop people from signing up a couple of friends'?

Indeed why the hell would i need something like 2 friends»»?? i mean its a morronic excuse for a lame term. any serious webmaster in time would send 2 guys a day...

I got a one time payment from them an never touched them again, because of this silly stuff....

Hi,

This T&C means that if an affiliate isn’t actively promoting bet365 on their site or hasn’t been for a while then bet365 reserve the right to pay that affiliate their commissions.

When bet365 are sent invoices for payment, the affiliate websites are checked and if no promotion of bet365 can be seen then the payment will not be processed.

At least they say to your face that they will steal your money and dont mince words, kudos for that 365... stealing residual income is just plain wrong.

Wow that was a brutal response he sent... Why does this company win award after award? We do market them and we do get paid but that is because I guess when they check they see we are active, but man what if something happens and I cannot work for 6 months due to an injury or something!

I am feeling very bad that this kind reputable companies use webmasters, that make a alot of hardwork, for their reputation and then they put this kind of rules.....

This is very bad for bet365, i feel that big companies who do not need anymore webmasters will do same thing because their player source from internet is not that much important because they are everywhere, in TV, Magazines futboll areas, and in all championships

From a follow up email that leads me to believe that you don't lose your payment, you just don't get it until you resume promoting Bet365.




Hi,

As long as we could see some promotion on the website before the end of the month when the commissions are rolled over, then we would be able to pay any commissions owed to you. The only way in which it would be possible to lose any payments, is if in the next month your commissions are reduced to any negative carryover.

Please be assured that although the T&C’s are in place, we would always look at each individual case before making any actual decisions.
