Thanks for the speedy reply guys (just had an email from Riyaz and a pm from Frederic)
They told me that my payment details had not been transferred from the affiliate control panel to the payment system and have promised to pay me by the end of September
With regard to the stats issue, they are apparently having some feed issues with the Vegas Technology back-end, which they are aware of and trying to get sorted. Hopefully, once the problem is resolved, the stats for the last two months will become visible and (maybe) reveal that I made some money in Aug/Sept from those lost 33 deposits?...
Well, one month on and my issues are still not resolved
Apparently they are 'still investigating' the fact that I have no stats showing at all when I log-in to my c-panel. This issue is taking a long long time to resolve...
It's not all bad news, though - I did finally receive a payment from them, so I'm pleased about that
dendrite, was that issue regarding the stats showing up properly ever fixed or resolved?
Also to BCP, do you guys have a chat client that you use? Like MSN, Google, Yahoo or skype?
