That's definitely not good news.

While there is clearly an issue with that guy's payout - threads with titles like this do no one any good. Lock Casino say, in that thread, they have had a processor issue and are working it out.

I don't promote this casino so have no vested interest, but they seem to have built up a good reputation so far, so it might be nice if they got the benefit of the doubt for now.

Word on the street or is that the virtual grape vine :p

Anyways there was an issue with Neteller. Proof of that can be found in this month payments.

FL for instance issued their batch file payments to MB on 11'th June. NT is usually paid the same day or the next. Which makes it Monday 14'th.

Didn't hit my NT account till the 17'th. Was told there was a currency conversion issue or something to that affect with Neteller.

I'd say Lock was experiencing the same issues.
However in cases with the player at CM, giving a player a generic response is going to set alarm bells ringing. It's generally the first sign that a casino is in trouble.

The old delay payments routine

But reiterating I don't think this is the case with Lock. But I could be wrong! Time will tell I guess.

Seems they have problems paying players in a timely manor

Not sure why you'd want to red light this as an issue though KK.

You still promote Denera (CM not recommended) and some of those other Rivals you promote have a piss poor track record of paying player "in a timely manner".

Which is the guts of your beef with Lock, right!

Well to start with that's chalk & cheese; Rival run over 30 casinos - they are very big and are not about to go bust IMHO. Their slow payments frustrate the fricking hell out of me, but they DO pay.
Lock is a stand-alone single casino - a few big winners could conceivably knock them for six!

Second point is no Rival casinos are CasinoMeister accredited, so players should not expect them to necessarily meet his high standards, whereas Lock is accredited...

Making a player wait over a month for what is (in the grand scheme of things) a relatively small payout is just unacceptable in my opinion.

I met the guys from Lock in London and they seemed like a great bunch of honest & upfront people - but actions speak louder than words...

I've got no beef with Lock casino - I'm just very disappointed in them and worried that they are in trouble. :(

I found you post ironic KK.

On one hand your upset that an accredited CM casino is not paying players (fair call). Yet your happy to promote casinos that don't have accreditation at CM's and worse take how long to pay winners? 4,5,6,7+ business days or more

Personally it shouldn't matter if a casino is on CM's accredited list or not.

IMHO it should be a concern if a casino is not paying their winners to web wallets in 48 hours or less. But obviously in your case KK it's not an issue with your Rival site. That's the irony here, get it ;)

Which btw I couldn't find anywhere you advise players that they take a while to pay winners.

Worse some of these Rivals you promote have taken more than a month too. But that's obviously not an issue for you. Denera comes to mind, sure you can find that post over at CM too.

If a casino or group can not pay players in a timely manner, (IMHO 48 hours to a web wallet is more than enough time). 3Dice; 32Red; and others can pay in 24 hours or less, means other casinos can too.

Casinos who don't follow these timely payments of winnings, generally base this (choice) on hope a player will reverse their cash-in, play it and lose. That's just wrong is so many ways.

For affiliate it's good. for players it's not good.

If Rival are as solid as you claim, more reason why their lame excuses (stall tactics) shouldn't wash. And why they should pay winnings to web wallets in 48 hours or less.

The only Rivals I promote are Box24, Slotocash and Black Diamond. Why? They pay winners in a timely manner. For these 3 it's generally 24 hours or less.
