I do not wish to waste anyone's time, all i want is my money.
If you think that I or my players are dread players and my commission is not paid, then i can see a lot of problems which you do not explain, you just paste T&C in my face without any kind of explanation.

1. You both agreed that i had 8 players and a total of 14 deposits. That shows that there is no pattern in depositing to trigger the CPA since one or more player deposited more than once. DO YOU SEE THE PROBLEM?

2. You mention that i was a fraudulent Affiliate from DAY ONE. What do you mean by that? That i trust Erici and Tim (whom i spoke on Skype and paste the conversation here) do us both a favor to work hard and deliver and be treated this WAY? (e.g. do not waste my time?)

3. You have no proof of me/my players are fraudulent since a) there are 8 players and 14 deposits therefore no CPA trick to be triggered that you are trying to suggest b) All players are still playing with your Casino and they are not in any way disturbed by you/blocked etc (unless poor guys want to withdraw, God helps)

4. Your entire team (You, Tim,and Erici) have no place in this business if you do not know how to treat customers with respect, decent answers and on point.

To end this conversation, i would like to say that i feel deeply disappointed in you, people that make this brand Affactive look shit and perhaps now i should move on to my next step and get in touch with the CEO and show him what type of people he is working with,. At the end....there is not much you can help me right?! Maybe your boss can!
I have been in the industry for about 6 years now and i am here to stay, i have always been loyal, non-fraudulent and a good Affiliate to work with from DAY ONE.
to be treated with such disrespect is unacceptable

Hi Erik,


as mentioned on my previous messages, your traffic is not eligible for a CPA deal. We don't work with incentivized traffic. The commissions were voided and you wont receive any other reply from me or anyone else from Affactive. The decision is final.

Per your request, your affiliate account has been closed too.

In regards to the players, all the accounts are set to be closed and will be refunded accordingly.

I'm not disrespecting you, I'm just informing you and the community what happened and the reasons why you wont get paid.

I send out my newsletters trough casinocribs.
Now if you close all the players accounts for no reason and players that are playing at Winpalace and deposit a few times.what reason wil you give them?
These same players will never again download or create any other casino account trough CasinoCribs.co.uk and that means you did not just pay me the commissions due to me but also ruin my reputation with my referred clients.d

You guys Defenitly belong in the rogue pit!!

Can you provide me with all the deposit details direct from the software provider? I would like to look into this one. Seems to me, based upon multiple deposits, that there should be some payment made - not simply a closing of account on the affiliate side. It makes very little sense to me.

The best advice is to never take a CPA deal and always go with the revenue share. In the end,
if the players are going to gamble at the casino, then you'll likely make money. The CPA deal is
for those that want to get all of their earnings upfront from each player, but CPA is always
scrutinized by the affiliate programs, because affiliates sometimes try to game the system.

Whether or not you tried to game the system, there are affiliates that try to get nice CPA
deals, and then they end up referring their friends or relatives to sign-up and make the
minimum deposit in order to receive the hefty CPA commission. Also, you normally aren't
able to offer any extra "incentive" to players in order to get them to visit the online casinos,
especially not through a CPA agreement where the affiliate programs are hoping to acquire
new players that will make deposits and decide to play at the casino on a regular basis.

It shouldn't matter if you know the players in your own player forum or through a mailing
list, but to refer players in person through a CPA agreement is not a good idea, because too
many players from one jurisdiction or with related names, etc.. would likely trigger something.

In the end, the affiliate program should pay you for players referred that weren't fraudulent
even if their were fraudulent players as part of the CPA agreement. Also, they should provide
some sort of proof that the players were actually fraudulent. If they've provided evidence that
the players were fraudulent, then it would be nice to know exactly how that was determined.

CPA is bad for everyone, IMO. Either the program gets screwed or the affiliate gets screwed. And... just as an FYI - AGD typically will not help you get paid if you are CPA. I'm always getting requests for this and I almost always decline. It's a losing proposition. Both sides always have good points :)

After I left the office I received notifications from this forum when my weekend started. I want to think AMs still have the right to rest sometimes :)

Regarding the case, our fraud department investigated and found same patterns on all the players of this account: depositing the minimum, games played, etc. I'm not able to reveal which methods, procedures or data our fraud department used to get to this conclusion but you can check from the stats that Erik posted
1) Quantity of signups
2) Quantity of players generated from those sign ups
3) Amounts deposited.

The easiest way for us, would be to pay Erik and avoid all this drama. The amounts are not the problem. The problem is that some affiliates come asking for a CPA deal, referring traffic which is not legit or suitable for CPA, just to trick the system. To pay means to validate this behavior and offer the chances to repeat again...

I started promoting and mailing on 26-04-2014 and you and your amazing team wanted me to start mailing and marketing your brands and where pushing to be on casinocribs.
After only a few days already your team started shaving me,at that point i removed you from my site and stopped mailing.
It surprises me a lot that nobody here seems to support me in this. and even gives a freeking like to your reply !

Stop copy pasting conversations... this has nothing to do with the fact that you sent incentivized traffic. Not sure if you are new in the business but as mentioned previously by other forum members, is not an acceptable practice.

Our managers could never know what you were going to do, we always trust our partners at the beginning.

If you see on this forums, we have been working with all major affiliates since 2008/9 and we care about good practices.

You signed up on this forum on May 2014.

Again, the decision is final so you wont receive any other responses from me or any other members from the Affactive team.

The stats of mine are simple. I had you guys on my site for only a 2 weeks (max)and mailed your winpalace mailer 1 time and to one of my best list.
Start time promoting 25-04-2014 . Ending promoting 4-5-2014
32 downloads / 12 sign-ups / 8 new clients / ( and 14 deposits according to Tim o'reilly !!!! )

If you can see in a week time that the players that opened an account are fake ( players that you ,until today stil call up to offer bonuses ! )
then you could join a circus with your own fortuneteller Act !
Thiefs and arrogant C.... is what you are and always wil be.

With the help of the law that got you the license, the help of forums and advocates, with the help of your Boss i might be able to make justice.
I am not spamming, i am not cheating, i am not fraudulent, i do make a living from the business i have been practicing with pleasure for 6 years, to be an AFFILIATE.
To prove how shitty you guys are (i am feeling sick of you and your retarded answers...as if you don't see whats happening)...i attach here more screenshots i was able to take before you 'good people' closed my account: SCREEN SHOT number 1 will show that you did approve my payment and it shows that it was paid to Neteller (WHICH never happened), second SCREEN SHOT ...shows the traffic, registrations, money deposited and commissions.
NO...there is no pattern into triggering the CPA, NO there is no BS from my side. Purely you do not wish to pay. Simple as that !
Lastly, you have mentioned closing all MY players accounts BUT up to this day you DIDNT and actually you are calling them to make them deposit more.
Does seriously nobody sees how smelly this situation is?
Who shall believe you?????
Okay, now enough with trashing my name and not paying me.
I am right now contacting the jurisdiction where this WinPalace Casino got their license so that they can investigate the situation
once i have the reply i will keep you good members updated on how it goes

if you understand how the system works you would know that once the affiliate requests the payment, is set on the system as sent from your end but needs to be approved and sent manually by our finance department.

Again, we can have this chat every day and I have all the patience in the world to keep responding.

We wont pay, you sent incentivized traffic and beside breaching our terms and conditions, that traffic is not eligible for a CPA deal.

Thanks for posting the screenshots though, this will help people to understand what I've been claiming since my first message.

And thanks for letting us know that the players still get promotions... looks like you have a close relationship with them, keeping you in the loop.
