We have been informed by BigWin Affiliates that they have updated their T&Cs with a new clause about compulsory ‘Age-Gating’:
“Age-Gating” means you need to actively choose any option that allows you to restrict the marketing channel to those aged 18 and over.
Examples of channels include (but not limited to) Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, PPC adverts and SEO websites that may display images, text and information unknowingly appealing to under 18's.
The new term is effective from today and it is mandatory to implement when advertising any of the BigWin Affiliates Brands.
