Hi Guys,
It has come to our attention a number for Rival white labels have recently closed their doors. It's quite disconcerting for all concerned when a casino goes out of business and our sympathies go out to all those involved.
I would like to clarify that AffiliateWide manages its own processing, fraud, support and retention in-house. We understand how difficult it is to maintain processing in this climate and have both the funds and additional measures available and in place as to manage the worst case scenario.
We will be speaking to Rival to get some assurances for affiliates as these issues impact negatively on all solid Rival operations - white label and independently operated.
