We received the following email from PlatinCasino Affiliates:

despite our efforts the reporting issue in Income Access is going on.
Old players are partly counted as new ones, resulting in massively increased Conversion Rates.
We're handling this issue with highest priority and will update you soon as possible.
We're confident to have new informations on Monday and we'll solve the issue asap.

happy to inform that the issue has been resolved. All affected reports from November have been re-imported today. Correct Reports are live
