Affiliate Platform Upgrade – Please Update Your Payment Details

Dear Affiliate Partner,

We are pleased to announce that our affiliate platform has been upgraded to MAP 4, offering an improved experience and enhanced security.

As part of the migration, all affiliates were required to reset their passwords upon their first login to the new platform.

Important: Payment Details Update Required

For security reasons, existing payment details were not migrated to MAP 4. Therefore, we kindly ask all affiliates to log in and submit their payment details again to ensure future commission payments can be processed correctly.

What's new in payment management?

MAP 4 introduces a significantly more secure payment management system:

- Email verification: A one-time password (OTP) is required to verify your identity before submitting or updating payment details.

- Two-way approval: Changes initiated by affiliates require admin approval, while changes initiated by admins require affiliate approval.

- Email notifications: You will receive email confirmations when payment changes are requested, approved or rejected. Approval notifications include masked account details, while rejection emails provide a reason where available.

Please note that all payment information changes must follow this verification and approval process. No alternative method or workflow is available.

We kindly ask you to update your payment details as soon as possible.
