Hi there!
This affiliate program has very abusive terms, with this aim to force members who work only with their casinos. The affiliate must have 5 active players. If you don't have, they don't pay. For this reason they have stopped paying me 5 months ago. It is the only affiliate program that has such unfair terms and conditions. I hope that the administration of 7StarsPartners will change these terms in its affiliate program. If they don't, in the future they can run out of affiliates.

Hi, that's funny because last month I was thinking what to do, either just remove the brand and forget about the money that's there already + the sign ups and players. Or push it even further so that i will reach that minimum requirement. I chose the latter, i hope i will not regret it. I even asked them in skype what would happen if out of 40 people just one continues playing monthly and like burning through thousands every month.. Would that mean I will not receive that money because it's just been one person?

Unfortunately they did not reply, actually the entire reason I was watching this thread is to notice if others were complaining about this rule, because I have signed up on so many different programs and I have never encountered such a rule.

Yes, most of them do have a minimum amount required to cashout, which is fine. But this rule just didn't made sense to me. Thus my reaction and question above to them (because it has happened, i have had one russian guy who just kept playing at a brand while others "mostly US/ AUS players moved on to something else") If this would have happened with 7 start partners I wouldn't been able to cashout well over 4 thousand euro's in a year, since he was the only one left at that brand. So yes, i agree and i do hope they change this rule

Hi Marijan!
Yes, you are not the only one who is abused by this 7starspartners. It is unfortunate. I think the owners are Russian and I'm very embarrassed why I am also Russian. But they are not all like that without shame. I regret very much for not reading its terms and conditions before registering. But the worst thing that one day these terms can change and will force you to have 10 active players! And if you don't have one, you will run out of your commission. In other words, work for them for free, wasting your time and money.

We have an agreement with 7Stars from the beginning regarding minimum activity so we have no problems. But we still haven't reached the minimum payment since they migrated to Netrefer. And that's already a while. Shame on us :(

For many programs a minimum activity is how they have written down. If you list a brand for many years but get not much FTD's you will have a problem. The definition of a minimum activity rule means for us not presenting any brand or to promote. But the definition is different for everyone.

Example: Sportingbet (GVC) listed for years (many clicks, no customers) - now account closed with immediate effect.

"The reason for the closure is your failure to deliver the minimum number of customers per month required for keeping your place in the Affiliate Program"

They force you to deliver at least 1 customer every month. We absolutely don't like this kind of terms and the consequence will be to mark those programs as not recommendable.

Even worse is to have some customers but you will fall under this term and will get not paid. e.g Condor-Affiliates!

Of course it's easier to fulfill the terms if a program has more as 1 brand. 7Stars brands and terms are very customer friendly but customers must like the brands. If not you will get no registrations and then it's difficult.

But how you can read here and that's also our experience, they are very partner friendly and if you have a problem you can always discuss with your manager.

Hi Marijan!
We are very happy for you!
But exactly it has happened to me. In the beginning I did not comply with their rule, and to show that 7Stars is good with affiliates they have paid me my commissions. BUT! It was not all as beautiful as it seemed, because the following month I have been flatly refused to pay my commission for not fulfilling THEIR RULE OF 5 ACTIVE PLAYERS!
Until today I have not charged anything. Recently I asked my manager if they can pay me and I have no answer, total silence.
So I'm afraid it will happen to you just like me.
I am seeing that Miss Helen of 7Stars tries to convince other affiliates with very unbelievable arguments, and tries to justify the abuse of terms and conditions and unfair competition from her affiliate program. Well, it's your right and it's your job.
But we are here we are not stupid, and we also work hard to survive and logically want our deserved money without excuse and lies.
To be clear, I have nothing not against 7Stars, nor personal, it's just my opinion and other people have the right to disagree.

These guys have been spamming me everywhere to join them. Very off-putting. It also tells me to stay far away.

I am not surprised by this. From what I can draw the conclusion, 7Stars intends to follow the path of Google. That is, monopolize the online casino industry. Eliminate any competition. They already have 13 casinos and they don't stop. With money, what is left of affiliates will be done by an online casino empire. And I suspect that later his terms and conditions will harden or invent another "great" rule.

I think it's safe to say that they wont be having a monopoly on the online casino industry. Many operators have many brands, nothing new there.

Dear partners,

Your comments are really appreciated and we've already addressed your concerns accordingly offline.

Don't forget that we have 13 brands on offer, so achieving the 5 active accounts requirement is a piece of cake even if you promote 2-3 of these, what comes to all 13!

As previously advised, @casinoduende and @Marijan Karajanov should contact their personal affiliate managers to be kept updated regarding the payment transactions status.

Should you have any questions/ concerns or suggestions, don't hesitate to contact us personally at affiliates@7starspartners.com.
We'd be happy to assist!

Kind Regards,
7StarsPartners Affiliate Program
