Congratulations KK I'm happy for you. One of the AE brands has been negative for me for well over a year, but luckily the other brands don't have that problem.

It wasn't a massive win - a player made $2,265 profit in August '12.
But Club World has never been a very popular casino with my visitors, and after that month I had virtually no activity at all on the brand for the next 3 years.
I could have asked them to remove the player - but due to the low activity I wasn't really that bothered about it.
And I had previously made quite good income from the brand. I'm not greedy.

CWC DID remove a big player from High-Noon for me in 2014, but after making $8.57 the following month, it then crept back into the red the next month, where it has stayed ever since!

This group is a very small player for me - only made $67 from them this year from Jan to June! (Because 5 of the 6 brands were in the red due to NCO for most of that 6 months). July was LOT better - 3 brands now in the black.

I no longer signup to any NCO programs - but I've stuck with Club World because I think they are a very fair and honest brand for players to use. And of course, there is always the hope that the 1,000's of players I referred there over the last 7 years will eventually pay off for me.

We just had a party for getting out of the neg at Club World after 3 yrs as well.... I think we were 133k neg!

Streak, can you give me more info on this one please? That would be a record negative with us and it would be unusual that neither Stephen or I didn't know about it.

I'm wondering if you're looking at a third party software (such as StatsRemote) that might be reporting it incorrectly or something else?

Drop me the account that you saw this neg on and I'll follow that up. I've checked your main account and see nothing that is close to that negative amount.

Phew, thank god for that! I thought something was seriously wrong for a moment.

Generally negatives only occur for a very short time and often cause a spurt the following month, giving the commissions a boost. So it's not all bad.

Also looking at doing something here which I think you'll all be happy about. It's a little way off yet, but I'll update you once we've figured some stuff out.
