1xBit Partners affiliate balance issue

Hello,


I would like to report an issue with 1xBit Partners regarding unpaid affiliate commissions and the termination of my affiliate account.


Affiliate ID: 4717045


I was actively promoting 1xBit through my own SEO website. The traffic was organic and the players were registered through my affiliate website.


According to my affiliate dashboard, I had referred 11 players from Latvia, Finland and Canada.


The player report shows approximately:


Total player deposits: $1,697.14
Company profit: $537.92


My dashboard currently shows $1,950 available to withdraw.




On September 23, 2026, 1xBit Partners terminated my business relationship with the following message:


“After a thorough review by our security team, we are forced to terminate our business relationship with you due to fraudulent traffic.”


No further explanation was provided.


I asked for clarification regarding what exactly was considered fraudulent, but I have not received any specific information identifying:

• which players were considered fraudulent;
• what type of fraud was allegedly detected;
• whether the issue concerns the traffic source or individual players;
• which specific contractual provision was violated;
• or why the earned commissions are being withheld.

The affiliate dashboard itself shows real registrations, deposits and company profit from the referred players.


I am not claiming that an affiliate program cannot investigate suspicious traffic. I am simply asking for transparency regarding the specific reason why my traffic was classified as fraudulent and why the commissions shown in my account are being withheld.


I can provide screenshots of my affiliate dashboard, Player Report, the termination email and additional evidence regarding my traffic source.


I would appreciate it if Affiliate Guard Dog could ask 1xBit Partners to clarify the situation and respond to this complaint.

Following a routine traffic verification conducted by our Security Department, the affiliate account failed compliance checks due to critical irregularities detected within the referred user base:

• Systematic Irregularities and Non-Compliant Activity: In-depth traffic analysis identified coordinated behavioral patterns and an interconnected network of duplicate accounts (multi-accounting), which directly conflicts with genuine player acquisition standards.
• Identified Compromised Profiles: The security audit confirmed the involvement of multiple accounts in linked abusive schemes, including, but not limited to:

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, delivering artificial, coordinated, or fraudulent traffic constitutes a material breach of contract. Traffic that fails security verification is not eligible for CPA qualification; consequently, accrued commissions are voided, and the affiliate partnership is terminated.

Due to the substantial share of registered accounts that failed authenticity and traffic integrity audits, the generated balance cannot be validated or approved for withdrawal.

The Security Department's decision is final and strictly adheres to our traffic verification guidelines.
