I have been working with them since their launch in 2008 - never had a problem with payments.
They have nearly always paid by the 15th (often much earlier), and my last 2 payments (including this month) were by the 3rd.
(I get paid to Neteller).
Make sure you set up your payment preferences correctly when you opened your account. If all was OK before the start of the month, contact your AM for help.
It seems that I didn't have any payment method set up (even if I remember that I set one at the time of the registration process).
However, I don't see any contact available in my account and I don't know who my affiliate manager is so I will try to contact the support and see if I can get my payment this month or I must wait for next month payments.
