Unfortunately ugaffiliates (Universalslots and others) is not paying our outstanding invoices since January.
We sent the invoice several times via E-Mail. Absolutely 0 reaction.
Every couple of weeks we are getting a short answer from Carlos (contact person from ugaffiliates). But he is not saying anything about the invoices. Only "hey, sorry, how are you" or something like this. Even we answer within a minute of this message he is not responding again for a week or so.
Our last try was 2 days ago. Again we asked what about the payments and how we proceed here and so on. Carlos read the message again - but again - no response.
Actually very sad. Because last year, when they had a third party affiliate manager, everything was ok. And the brands are also good in my opinion.
However.. maybe AGD can contact him or has maybe another contact there.
