Thank you for moving us to Certified Affiliates - we are delighted!
I also wanted to let all affiliates know that we are open for different commission deals and higher Revenue Share. Get in touch with us to negotiate new deals that satisfy both parties!
Hi Agne,
I was looking at your program and only found your commision % on the terms page not actually on your affiliate site (unless I have gone blind). The % did put me off as it is different across the brands and if I chose Sports as my main I would get 30% fair enough but for all other brands it is only 20% and when you take of all the admin and other fees I am sure this would equate to very low %.
It is good to see that you are flexible in new deals but am still put off with this term too 'We retain the right to change the Commission structure and the method of calculation of the Commission at any time'
Indeed, the commission is not yet visible on the site (we are currently working on a new Affiliate Page design, so it should be out within a few months).
As for the commission, we can always negotiate an RS deal for all products and sign an additional IO, so you are certain that we will pay you such commission for a lifetime. Also, as from my experience, we have never changed a deal to any affiliate without having first a discussion and a mutual agreement. Of course, I understand that as an affiliate you want to get paid for what was agreed, and I can assure you, that as long as you work with us - you will receive what was agreed
Also, we don't have admin fees, so the 20/30% RS is what you will get into your bank account/e-wallet.

I am sure I will be in touch in the New Year to see what kind of deal can be done. I saw this too on your terms page 'Net revenue is a Gross Revenue minus directly related expenses including but not limited to gambling taxes, bonuses'
Ah yes. So we deduct Gambling taxes from the Total Revenue generated (and bonuses if there are any). So basically we share these expenses. Then from the Net Revenue, we pay the agreed Revenue Share to you. All this can be seen in the Monthly Reports on our affiliate platform
It takes months to show commission % on the website. First, no fees are applicable, but later (real) costs are deducted. Deducted, which is something else than sharing them.
I think there's a misunderstanding. Each affiliate at TonyBet can see their commission % when they log in to the Affiliate platform. This data is updated daily. We were talking about affiliates.tonybet.com website, where commission % is displayed only in our Terms and Conditions (as I mentioned we are working on a new page design).
Regarding fees - I explained it incorrectly, as I was immediately thinking of Net Revenue. What I wanted to say is that we don't deduct any admin fees, etc after we calculate the net revenue.
You can have a look at our Terms and Conditions here: https://affiliates.tonybet.com/legal
and if you have any questions, I am happy to answer them all
