As you probably know, there's been a major affiliate conference in Amsterdam this past week and most of us were physically away from our stations for the duration of the conference.
On behalf of AffEurope, and our team, I'd like to convey my apologies for any affiliate that has been negatively affected by our absence. We're very sorry if anybody had difficulties reaching some of our affiliate managers during this past week.

Roey, I'm sure this was a mistake - we all make them. Please reply back to your account manager noting you're missing the attachment and I'm sure you'll receive the attachment promptly.
