Hi all,
Well we can’t say we’re happy to read your comments but I really appreciate your honesty. Stating the obvious here, the bottom line is if you’re not making money then it’s a problem.
Since launching this project we knew it would take time to build-up - not only the product but also the reputation and trust with you guys. As we are a licensee and All Star Slots is not in anyway connected with Wizard Gaming beyond a license agreement we can only run at a certain pace. Wizard Gaming are striving to achieve a balance between game development, our development requests and that of our customers and it’s no easy feat.
Some of you may have read comments on Casino Meister made by a Wizard representative. This will give you some insight into the improvements of the games.
We’d like to comment on Engineer’s understandable issues with retention. We must stress that as a team we have been communicating with our players a lot. Including voice calls, regular and varied conversion emails and of course segmented real player sends. However, we are more than aware of the issues stopping these communications being as effective as we would like and our experience tells us, they should be.
The Major Issues…
Title: Improved Processing
Issue: Lower conversions due to some cards being declined. Strictly speaking this is an acquisition issue but we’ll tackle it on this post anyway.
Planned Solution: We have agreements with new PSPs in place. These are currently being implemented.
Go-live date: Within the next two weeks there will be an improved change in the 4.0 release
Title: Game Variants
Issue: Some games aren’t providing the stimulus to the gamer due to low variant wins. This has an immediate effect on retention.
Planned Solution: Existing games have been reengineered as well as new games.
Go-live date: Again the 4.0 release has modified 5 games and added a further 3 all with better variance and appealing in-game extras. Will be released within two weeks.
Title: Cashier Improvements
Issue: Some elements of the cashier need to be improved.
Planned Solution: The cashier’s click to deposit process has been streamlined as well as adding better error checking and error messaging.
Go-live date: Again we should see the benefits of this in the 4.0 release. Will be released within two weeks.
Title: More games
Issue: More games (including table and card) are required top keep players playing.
Planned Solution: Two slots and one ‘Classic Blackjack’ are being added in the next release. Additional games are currently being developed although we are yet to hear from Wizard as to the roll out additional games.
Go-live date: 4.0 will be released within two weeks.
Title: Affiliate Reporting
Issue: No clicks or downloads are being reported.
Planned Solution: In the next release Wizard are giving us the API which means our developer can take full control from Wizard and effectively design reports to our own requirements. This includes click, downloads and other useful reports. Previously Wizard had control of this.
Go-live date: Clicks and downloads will be tracked from the 4.0 release, within two weeks.
We hope the above goes someway in answering your questions and above all hope you find it gives you a little more faith that we are doing everything in our power to make this work. Sure, we understand that this is new software, and as with all new software it takes time but the bottom line is we are committed to making this work and without you it can’t.
