William Hill 5% Rev Share

Just got this email, 5%, are they insane.

I called them and they told me its new T&C since Dec 2013 and I must just accept it.

Dear partner,

We are writing to you to inform you that due to a lack of activity in your Affiliates United account and as per our terms and conditions in the revenue reward scheme, your revenue share will be reduced.

“At any time where 3 calendar months have passed without the Affiliate directing any Customers to the Operator’s Sites, the default Revenue Reward set out in the table above and any other Revenue Reward agreed by the parties in writing at any time shall no longer apply and instead shall be set at 5% of all Online Gaming Products and Sportsbook.”

As your account has now passed this period, your revenue share is consequently being reduced to this amount.

Should you have any questions, please contact your affiliate manager.

Yes I also got 5% but my affiliate manager warned me about one week ago that if I didn't start sending them new players they would indeed set the rev share to 5% on my account. I haven't promoted them for a while now so I am not to bothered, they are the same company as CPays, let's not forget that.

I was certainly aware of the clause - and spelled it out to a Will Hill AM went they were trying to recruit saying I wanted no part of any deal with a clause like that.

They offered to take it out ... but I know how these guys work .. one change of AM and they'll be insisting on default clauses again.

The Best statistics with AFFUTD<---cPays that I remember was more than 5-7 Years ago ... after, when I saw "AFFutd" stats I stop to promote its brands (always on bottom).

Decreasing of "%" (depending of account activity) is one of the problems but not least is the case of rogue statistics - in this case you will have 0$ whatever % (25-50-90). I think AFFUTD applies to both cases.

Apropos Guys, I came back in this branch about one year ago and ... I can not find any Good Affiliate Program -
where they all disappeared? ... Can someone suggest the best of the Best - with good statistics & conversion rate?

When Jerome was my affiliate manager, i had good stats and a good deal with xxxx€ cash per month only for one banner on top of the home page of my site.

To BAC 2012 (or 2011) i have meet Jerome, i have make a new deal with him and just after BAC, he's leaving AFFUTD and all deal were delete ....

From this time my stats are very low or i have carry over ...

they are no longer on my sites

In the event that there are any further changes to the date on which the new laws are scheduled to come into effect, then the existing Affiliates United terms and conditions will continue to apply.

William Hill are rogue - never trust them. They may remove clauses and talk sweet to you, offer you massive deals and even straight cash, but they'll draw you in, you'll advertise them, they'll then skim back what they gave you, and try keep you sweet to keep your traffic coming in. Once you find out they're shafting you they get all nasty when you raise it, dump you, and move onto the next willing victim. This is how these guys operate.

A very similar patter to what we experienced. You advertise them and seem to gain an extraordinary amount of money for little effort, spurring you on to do a lot more. They then offer you even better deals and for a few months you're making good money. Then all of a sudden things mysteriously drop and you just cannot explain it. They lure you in, sweeten you up, and then slaughter you after you've given them a ton of traffic. You're left with a negative account, they're left with all your players and they're skimming you like no tomorrow.

This is generally the method of business for most of these guys based in Israel - Ladbrokes, Will Hill, 888, Titan, 10bet, iAffiliates - we've experienced the same thing with almost everyone we've tried to work with down there.

Who has the biggest stands at BAC/LAC and who robs you the most is HIGHLY correlated!

That's quite an extension/extrapolation of the discussion!

I'm only saying there's just a trend in our experience that the way business is done in some countries is less polite, more fraudulent etc than in other countries, so we don't work with people like that. For example, having worked with India in other industries I've found that fraud is rife there and it is difficult to trust any business deal, even if it's written on a contract.

Let's face it guys, any program can skim us and they all probably do. All I do to protect meyself is to coralate the traffic I'm sending to how much I should be earning.

On the scale of players I send it is pretty easy to see that a similar income comes in with similar traffic. Actually it is opposite of what I would have thought it to be, but each new gambler really is worth about $1k-2k in profit over thier lifetime, with one timers and highrollers all included.
