What does CPA €200 BL/W €20 mean ?

I received an offer from a program that offered 40% RS or CPA €200 BL/W €20. I understand the RS but I don;t understand what BL/W means

would you mind giving me a brief explination of what KPI means ? I searched and found Key Performance Indicators but not sure what that means in regards to a casino deal. Sorry. I'm still a little rusty here.

Baseline is the minimum deposit a player must do in order to trigger CPA.
If your traffic is good quality then go with revenue share or a hybrid deal.
