I did see that the affiliate will not be charged for bonuses + free spins but your admin fees is 28% on top of chargebacks+ taxes.

That's correct. Times are changing!!

15% was at the beginning, already 3 years ago

so they do not pass on bonus free spins fee to affiliates, they just increase admin fees

Looking at the industry standards and the fact that we don't add any free spins or bonuses in the calculation I am sure that 28% fixed admin fee is a very fair deal for an affiliate and at least we are very transparent regarding this.

The increase of the admin fee was needed to be able to compete with competitors and what I said times are changing on many aspects including higher commission deals, higher set-up fees, and many more.

It was always just an admin fee. I am not saying that 28% is unfair, didn't give any judgement about the fee itself, but what is my point is that it's increasing for the 3rd time now. Retroactively. Basically it's lowering the commission.
