I have been working with Harry Affiliates and Pål for about 6-7 months.

He is certainly one of the most helpful affiliate managers I am dealing with, which is much appreciated by a rather new affiliate.

Also great how he is updating affiliates with upcoming promotions, sharing game graphics in their press-room etc.

Why do I get affiliate lounge backend when logging into Harry Affiliates???? Also can not see any materials for Harry Casino??

Harry is a white label of affiliate lounge/casinoeuro, is my understanding. Harry run their own affiliate program and marketing. I'm an affiliate of both program and I have separate logins for both programs. If you want to promote Harry Casino, I believe you will need a separate login/account for Harry Casino as I don't think this merchant will be found under a standard 'affiliate lounge' account. I was going to suggest visiting harryaffiliates.com direct but looks like you've already been there. Hopefully someone from Harry will pipe in here and help, otherwise I can send you the e-mail addy for a contact there.

This is very strange. We are a white-label brand of Betsson but a separated brand which is why you will need different login details to access Harry material. Could I please ask you send me your HarryAffiliates login name to me and I will look into this straight away: pal@harrycasino.com.

It seems Harry casino is more intertwined with affiliate lounge than we are being led to believe. I wont be promoting this.. And cant understand why many of you are so keen.

Harry Casino is a whitelabel brand of the Betsson group. HarryAffiliates which is the affiliate program to promote Harry Casino is operated by AffiliateLounge (as stated on HarryAffiliates.com: "HarryAffiliates.com is operated by Affiliate Lounge.") This means that we are using the same technology as AffiliateLounge do, which is based on a software from MyAffiliates, however we are a different team behind HarryAffiliates and we have our own T&C. The reason why you can still login with your HarryAffiliates details on your AffiliateLounge account is that we are powered by the same system - however, in order to get the promotion material and tracking links to promote Harry Casino, you will need a HarryAffiliates account.

The reason because of the misunderstanding is that you created an account with HarryCasino on xxx-2012 23:34 using that email and user name. You can use the same details to log into EuroCasino as well because it is the same company. If you wish to have two separated accounts you need to open a new account using a different email and user name.

Betsson is a company that also offers a B2B division, with a white-label solution to external partners. There are several white-label sites operated by Betsson two of them are EuroCasino and Harry Casino. Both of us white-label brands are separate companies from Betsson, however - Betsson is the company operating the sites. Support says "because it is the same company" where he should say "is operated by the same company".

AffiliateLounge is the affiliate network used for Betsson Group´s all fully owned brands (Betsson, Betsafe, NordicBet etc).
