We’re upgrading to Mexos

Hi Everyone,

As many of you are aware Focal Click is moving to Mexos.

Our migration date is set for the 1st of October therefore you will need to login to Focal Clicks new platform from the 21st of September onwards to change your current tracking links.

If you’re a registered Focal Click affiliate, an e-mail will be sent to you on the following dates 14th, 21st and the 28th providing you greater details about our new software platform. Each e-mail will contain information on Focal Click’s progression during our transition to Mexos.

I will also post the same information in our sub-forum here at Affiliate Guard Dog.

Whilst your logged into AGD please subscribe to this thread just in case you don’t receive information via e-mail on the dates specified above.

Our main objective during our transition to Mexos is to make the migration as seamless as possible for our registered affiliate partners and to provide a better all-round and transparent (as always) affiliate platform.

I think you meant to say "We're DOWNGRADING to Mexos".

This is the system Ladbrokes switched to when they stupidly dumped MG & switched to Playtech.

I've had a demo of the Mexos system in the past and the functionality from both an affiliate manager and an affiliate perspective can be very handy indeed. As with many of the licensed solutions out there, the options to show or not show various bits of data lie with the programs using the system and I think that, until now, Mexos has fallen foul of that. I think you may be pleasantly surprised with what FocalClick put out there with this.

Focal Click Migration News​

Sorry for the delay in posting. Just to keep everyone updated on Focal Click’s migration to Mexos, we are in the process of uploading all of our marketing assets as well as setting up our reporting tools and features. Here are some of the features that you can look forward to using next month.

Dashboard:

Focal Click’s dashboard is the default page displayed upon logging in. The dashboard shows snippets of information regarding the activity of your account as well as program information and news.

Statistics:

You will be able to view your referred player activity. This includes wagering information, deposits, withdrawals, country location etc.

Here are some of the reporting values that you will be able to view.

• Unique Clicks
• Unique Downloads
• Casino Sign Ups
• FTD’s
• FTD Count
• FTD Amount
• Casino Bonuses
• Casino Bets
• Casino Wins
• Chargebacks
• Withdrawal Amount
• Casino Net Gaming
• Commission

Marketing Tools:

Focal Click’s marketing tools section allows you to browse all of our marketing assets representing both Omni and Fly Casino. You can search by product, language and banner size. Once you find what you like, you will simply copy and paste the generated html or JavaScript over to your website.

Profiles/Sub ID’s:

Focal Click’s Profile page allows you to generate unique tracking profiles, which will then enable you to optimise marketing assets across your multiple websites and/or webpages.

Account Information:

The Account Details page contains information pertaining to your account. Here, you can add additional contacts and add relevant information to your account.

Finance:

The finance page allows you to view earnings and upload your payment information to collect your earnings.

Focal Click Migration Update​

Hi Everyone,

Following up on the last post sent concerning Focal Click’s migration, we have now completed the work needed for you to begin using the new Focal Click platform.

With that said, we are aiming for October 7th to be the “switch over” day whereby when you log into Focal Click, you will arrive on the new platform. This is the date we are aiming for, but as would be expected we will inform you accordingly next week with confirmation.

Now that we are on the verge of working with the new platform, please allow us to detail some FAQ’s which should answer the most common questions:


Will my referral traffic be accounted for during Focal Clicks migration?

The old (current) Focal Click reporting platform will continue to track all referral traffic until the 14th of October. Which should give you enough time to make the necessary changes and change old links, which is absolutely required by you to do. We will keep in communication throughout the process.

Again, as long as you change your links before the 14th of October every click sent to Omni or Fly Casino will be logged.

Do I need to do anything other than change my links over?

No. We’ve done everything for you. Unless you want to set up profiled tracking links all you need to so is login, go to the marketing tools section and copy and paste your new link(s) to your website(s)


Can I keep promoting the exclusive offer attached to my Focal Click account?

Absolutely! When you login to your affiliate account the creatives you see will be relevant to the casino offers you are currently promoting. For exclusive offers please contact me directly and I will set it up for you.


What about my balances?

Not to worry! Focal Click will be closing all balances on our current system as normal. You will be able to see your balance as of September closing. We will then transfer over your closing balances to the new platform prior to your arrival there. We will follow up with new withdrawal procedures shortly.


I’m not sure how to use Mexos.

Don’t worry! We’ll be happy to help you with any questions that you might have. Overall, we think that you will find the new system very easy to navigate. But, get in touch with us via e-mail of you have any questions!

Will the following be retroactively applied?

4.3 Right to Withhold Amounts andDormancy.
We reserve the right to withhold any and all amounts due and payable to you under this Agreement if we believe that any Fraud has taken place or is contemplated, which involves you or your referred players. Additionally, If you become either Dormant or Inactive at any time during this Agreement, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to either restructure, on an individual basis, the Fee Payment calculation model applicable to your account, including in respect of any Commissions due, or to terminate this Agreement.

New Reporting Platform Now Open. Please Change Your Links​

The new Focal Click platform is now operational. Please feel free to login at a convenient time over the next week to change your referral links.

Once logged in, go to the marketing tools section select the banner(s) you would like to use, click generate and then copy and paste either the JavaScript or the HTML code to your website(s)

The old Focal Click affiliate platform will continue to track your referral activity for a further week.

If you are promoting an offer other than default (Omni Casino 100% Up To 100 or Fly Casino 110% Up To 110) Please contact me directly so I can set you up with the relevant marketing assets.

Is there any way to edit campaign/profile names after creation?

I'm experiencing a few teething niggles. When I generate a banner link ('cos there doesn't appear to be a straight text link generator), the 'profile' and 'landing page' dropdowns don't work for me (using Firefox) so I can't generate new links or anything for direct downloads.

ETA: the 'profile' dropdown is now working for me. Still not sure how generate direct download links.
