Urgent Complaint: Rex Affiliates – €4,140 Overdue Commissions

I am writing to file an official complaint against Rex Affiliates regarding a long-overdue payment. All reasonable deadlines for reconciliation and payment have already passed, yet we are still facing delays.
Details of the issue:
• Affiliate Program: Rex Affiliates
• Outstanding Amount: €4,140
• Period: August–September 2026
• Status: Unpaid / Long Overdue
The Story:
We are trying to collect our commissions for August and September 2026. Throughout September, our Telegram manager (@borexprg) ignored multiple follow-up messages regarding the €4,140 balance.
Although communication has since resumed, the affiliate program continues to stall. They claim that the reconciliation is "pending," but they refuse to provide a specific timeline or a definitive payment date. We must emphasize that all standard and agreed-upon payment terms have already expired. We have been more than patient, but the constant delays without clear answers are unacceptable.
Our Request:
We demand that Rex Affiliates immediately finalize the reconciliation process and provide a fixed, concrete date for the payment of our €4,140.
Evidence:
Full screenshots of the ignored messages, current correspondence, and backend commission statistics are ready and will be provided to the moderators or updated here to prove the delay.

Could you please send me your affiliate account username via private message and confirm whether the outstanding commissions are based on RevShare, CPA, or a hybrid agreement?

Please keep in mind that AGD can only assist with RevShare-related disputes. Also, AGD is a public forum, not a regulatory or legal authority, so we cannot enforce payments or guarantee a resolution.
