Unable to reach AM

I've e-mailed my AM multiple times, looks like he is not getting back to me. Also tried messaging contact[at]mateaffiliates and the skype contacts listed on the aff page, no luck.

Is anyone else having issues?

Looking at their posting history... 16'th Jan 2020 was their first post, and last was 31'st Jan 2020. Aside from announcing their planned ICE attendance (31'st), postings commenced and stopped within a 15 day period.
