Update, we just sent a new reminder email, since the ones we sent are left without a response.

Unfortunately, all of the emails we sent are left unanswered. We tried sending one more reminder email. If we get a response we will update the thread.

I actually ended up in this thread after randomly discovering that the same Truepartners team is running also this new crypto casino Justbit.io and Just Affiliates under a new company Casbit Group N.V.

We've also had our invoice pending for 5 months now and have kind of given up on that and took them off the lists. Luckily, we can also dodge this new bullet they are representing.

I take it is a long shot but did anybody get contact to these guys? We got 4k€ pending and our AM ran away, everybody else i am contacting is not answering - can still login so i take brand is technically alive?

I have sent them reminders from time to time but the last time someone answered was like in 2021. And still it looks like they have 3 active casinos running! Very bizarre.
