Hello,
I am having some sort of trouble with my sitemaps.
When I click on the link for it I get: The requested URL /butthead-francyne.php was not found on this server.

Seems odd? What is this?
Can someone please help me?

Agreed. Unless you supply a detailed description, asking questions like this, it's akin to only telling us the make of your car, then asking why it wont start! The more info you provide, the better chance we can help.

The problem I mentioned before was resolved, something to do with a new server or I don't know what.

But now somehow Google won't index my sitemap. Also my sites don't show up in Google anymore? I really have no clue what I should do, or what the problem can be?

Google for: "site:yourdomain.something" to check if your site is indexed.

Make shore your robots.txt do allow and accept google bot.

Check source of your homepage and look for "index, follow" -

Just a few tips without knowing a shit of your site, cms system, files etc.

You need to have SSL on your site.
No wonder google dont display it nor let you submit a sitemap.

Most webhostings lets you activate ssl in just a click of a button, so you should check that with your hosting proveder

Has Google changed this?
I never had SSL before and I was listed for years. Only since a month or 2 I am no longer listed or able to submit a sitemap.

You don't need to have ssl, but it will give you a slight ranking positive, yet you do have https redirected to http for some reason. Also it took me an age to load the homepage, it timed out 3 times before I got to it, so that might not have helped. does it even say in search console that any pages have been discovered?

Hello,
I have a sitemap : http://www.heaven4netent.com/sitemap_index.xml

But somehow Google can't find it, nor my website.
I just to list, for years, but now I am not listed at all and Google gives me a 404 error when I test the website in their Google Search Console?
I am not indexed now anymore.

I have no idea how this can be?
is it the actual sitemap crawl saying can't fetch 404 http error? if that's the case I'm having the same issue at the moment and it's a google error I think as I have exactly the same sitemap with other sites being found fine

If you make an image search with site:-before your domain, you get a few img results but all of them is a 404, so my quess is you have changed the urls on your site (permalinks etc), that is resulting in a huge load of 404´s!

You don't need to have ssl

That's true BUT if being Google friendly is at the top of one's list, this will probably be of importance...

Last year (2018), Google mandated that all websites accessed through Google Chrome must have an SSL. ... Now, Google is on a mission to not only force all websites to have an SSL certificate, but also to make sure all content on secure websites has an SSL certificate, too. 9 Oct 2019

If you've followed the GPWA's years of push-back and stonewalling its members over their desire to have SSL, then the above facts seemed to have made Mr C paranoid, and in-turn, the GPWA was transferred to SSL within 48 hour or so of the above SSL notification by Google.

As far as the OP... This is why using WordPress is not child's play. No offense to the OP BUT clearly he's not au fait with how WP functions or how to fix errors if or when they happen.

Relying on forums and other webmasters to help fix issues, isn't ideal.

There are oodles of free WP tech info out there, might be time you spent some hours reading them ;)

Your home page does not use an h1 heading.

I searched for H1, H2 and H3 and none present. The only H3 presence was in the inline CSS.

yes quite, but it was suggested that that is the reason it ain't indexed and it isn't, I've got some old sites still on http that i've never upgraded and they are still indexed and rank ok. Getting to the bottom of this one though is a tough ask though with not much to go on

Maby it was a dream but in my mind there was some article about SSL recently and that google can "disable" a whole site if its not SSL secured.

I tryed to google about it, but cant find the article so maby i just dream about it =/

Anyhow, i would suggest you to:
1. Activate ssl (most hosting it's just a click on the button)
2. Log in to wp, settings and change site to https: / instead of http:
3. Check that all images etc. are <img src="https.... since if one is http, it will show a warning "not secure"
4. I would remove my sitemap from google webmaster tools and submit it again, as from a start.
5. Add the url of homepage to main in webmaster tools and hit index where it says "have changed?"

Before trying to do any of that, go to settings/export and export all content as a .xml file (as backup).

I strongly recomend you first to read more about how to activate ssl at your hosting company and only do this what i wrote if you feel you can do it!

Since your site is now vaniced from google, you have the opertunity to do a fresh start using SSL.

My hostingprovider moved my website or server or hosting, or whatever, to a new location/server, something.
Since then I have had all kinds of trouble.
Google not finding the website, not reading the sitemap and also getting a message from Yoast "Because of a change in your home URL setting, some of your SEO data needs to be reprocessed."

So I think it has to do with something over there. Maybe they did something wrong, or I don't know. I will contact them and see what they say.
I never had any real problems with google or sitemaps. I was always listed and got traffic.
But where this problem is coming from now? I have no idea.

It appears that it has to do with the fact that they moved me from an old server to a new server. And the PHP changed from 5.6 to 8.5. Still don't know what the problems are, but I at least know what changed.
Does anybody know someone trusted or a trusted service that can help with this? That might know what to do, or what the problem might be now?

In your WP admin area, go to Tools >> Site Health and wait a few moments for the report to refresh. This may provide some details about your sites issues/
Did that.
All it says is dat my site is on php5.6.40 and I should update it.
But my website is on php8.0 for a couple of weeks now??

Could this me the problem?
If I click on Learn more about updating, I get a message/page saying CloudLinux already took care of php version of your website.
