Being as i was an affiliate on Shazam casino, it was my job to address and resolve issues for my players. I was reached out by one of my players to speed up a withdraw and to also ensure the verification process ran in a timely manner. The player told me that he was asked for documents on multiple occasions even after verifying his account. When he proceeded to withdraw his funds, he was informed this would take a substantial time. He then contacted me to investigate so i proceeded to live chat and ask a few non-intrusive questions and nothing that fell within NDA policies that are globally enforced ensuring player data protection. After a few days, this player informed me he gave up and lost his deposit as he didnt care anymore.

When this came to the end of the month, i looked at my affiliate dashboard and saw my commission waiting for me. So i requested a withdraw of my affiliate earnings and reached out to superiorshare (K. R) to process my withdraw to finance. When i had no response via email, i messaged her via the affiliate interface. I patiently waited 2-3 days for a response and i had no such luck of correspondence. I went back to the affiliate website to double check if she had replied yet and my credentials were changed so i couldn't log in (They terminated my affiliate account)
I found her skype email and messaged her. She advised me that my casino account and affiliate account were removed and my commissions would not be paid due to the fact she and the casino deemed i broke terms and conditions.
When i tried to talk commonsense i was shunned away and told that i would not receive my commissions and the player would be refunded which would negate my earnings which is highly unjust.

They refer the player as a "Threat of a chargeback" when he deposited crypto. Since the dawn of time, anyone who uses crypto knows you cannot charge back crypto once its been sent. I am done with their lies, diversionary tactics and breach of the contract i made with them. Please investigate and take appropriate action. I have screenshot from both player and Affiliate manager and what it showed in the dashboard. I would like matter to dealt with asap

When it comes to incent fraudulent activity, we have the right to terminate the agreement. And that was the reason we cleared your balance. The only player you brought recently contacted customer support service with a cash out request straight away after placing a deposit and not touching the balance. He explained that he had made a deposit by mistake. Our team provided the details of the verification procedure needed to withdraw the funds. Everything was due to our policy presented on the Shazam casino website and nothing extra was required. The player did not send the withdrawal documents and decided to simply play the balance down. Everything above-mentioned along with the fact that the player used VPN (screenshots attached) for placing a deposit proves that it was an incentive fraudulent traffic. As a result, your commission is voided.

AGD representative, we’re ready to submit all proofs in private to shed more light on the following case.

"The player did not send the withdrawal documents and decided to simply play the balance down" To play down the balance to a unwithdrawble amount does not constitute a refund and does not apply to their refund/chargeback policy. They state that he never sent withdraw documents yet i have the proof his account was verified and a withdraw was able to be made (see attached) i have removed names under NDA laws. Whether the player used a VPN or not. It wasn't asked of me if one could be used. In saying this, if the player deposited by mistake, asked for a withdraw or refund of his deposit, got impatient in the withdraw process and decided to try spin the balance up to a bigger one and lost the money in doing so, the commission is valid and payable. In this circumstance, the refund policy is voided and the affiliate should be paid.

It's very unusual that during the last 9 months you brought 0 players and then suddenly in April you got 1 FTD from 1 registration that resulted from 1 click. This player placed a deposit with VPN, and then immediately asked for a cash out explaining that he did it by mistake. Looks like 100% incent fraud traffic case.

We have proof that our customer support agent gave full information about the withdrawal procedure. Apart from the phone verification, the player was supposed to send a pack of specific documents. He didn't. We also have proof that you personally came to support chat trying to get the money back on the player’s behalf. It seems, you’re quite in good relations with the player, the only player you brought to our program. We can assume that you could have made an agreement with the player to split the commission afterwards.

We work with thousands of affiliates, and there’s no way we pay commission for such traffic when we have a clear understanding of its origin. We do not accept Incentivized traffic nor fraud traffic that comes from players with VPN which is clearly your case

As it was mentioned previously, we can share all proofs to AGD personally in order not to breach any NDA agreements.

all my players mainly play on MGA , Curaco or UKGC licenced casinos. Not real good look to assume Kira. You have proof i asked for it back? No i went into chat to ask for the KYC and Withdraw to sped up. I have many friends due to the fact i stream and they also stream myself, I had your casino referral link in my discord and he stumbled across it. If people want to support me by using it, its their choice. Yet again you are making a false assumption with no evidence to support it. Its all speculation from your end. You say it was incentivized? Where your proof to back up this claim? You are using every excuse under the sun and its all specularity. No a good look if you ask me!

Hi this post is beautiful. I am owner of ShackGroup media affiliates / Edward aves. I am the person above. Yes I did deposit by accident. I use Badazz links all time and opened a account at shaz I then see the lack of games and how bad it was. In mean time I sent crypto address to my email to deposit via my phone saving me to copy address and making a mistake. I then signed up to a different site and sent that address to my email. I deposited to you guys by accident. I asked to withdraw and got told I had to verify to withdraw. So I filled in form and sent back to you. 3 days later I had a phone call with one you guys and he sorted my account and verified me. I would like to add I don’t want refund or anything as I ended up spending it. But this site should be fair and allow withdrawals when requested. Still now each day I get emails asking me to deposit for bonuses and free spins. If my account is not verified even tho I had email and phone call saying it is then I should not get these offers when I still unable to withdraw

Doubt they would post a public update, considering there's some private information involving this matter. As a neutral spectator, I can tell you that you don't need to open an account to see the slots and games this RTG casino offers. I opened up their website and browsed their gaming section right away.

It's even weirder to be waiting for a refund, and go spend it.

"We can assume that you could have made an agreement with the player to split the commission afterwards." - assuming isn't the same as a fact.

As someone who's not involved I see red flags from both sides: Why did you spend the deposit rather than wait and keep on trying to resolve this? And for the program, why was an account suspected of fraud , not frozen right away and it was allowed to spend the deposit?

Seems like both parties are willing to communicate, in which case this probably shouldn't have been made a public matter.

We would be happy to refund the player his deposit even though he played it all, but we needed his full KYC documents since it is being done by a 3rd party processor the casino is using for crypto deposits and any other deposits.

The fraud department of the casino has found out that player is an affiliate himself as he said that specializes in incentivized traffic. I will add screenshots regarding this statement as well.

The affiliate has claimed that he has traffic from his channel in Twitch but for the last few months he hasn’t posted any video, I will attach screenshots to prove this as well(The last video he posted wasn't video of the casino we promote, we couldn't find any video with tracking link of the affiliate program).

The player used VPN which is not allowed since why would anyone use VPN to play? (Again we are willing to refund the funds if the player will provide a full KYC pack since it is necessary by the processor in order to pay him the money, this will not be as refund but rather payment to the player since it is not possible to make a refund of crypto deposit).

The issue was not a “chargeback threat” but rather incentivized traffic that happened in August 2022 as well in which we fully paid the affiliate back then as an exception, even though its traffic which we clearly do not allow. The affiliate had no traffic for a very long time and suddenly he gets 1 click and 1 signup and then 1 FTD. Our conversion is indeed high but not as high as 100% C2D and 100% Signup2FTD, I wish it was the case .

The affiliate program us(Superiorshare) can pay the affiliate the amount that his player deposited and then the Affiliate can settle with his friend the player(They both know each other they confirmed it).

There is enough evidence that were provided on this thread to proof beyond reasonable doubt that the traffic was incentivized and the Affiliate knows the Player.

I am sorry i couldn't reply sooner due to family obligations but i am here to resolve this matter.

Yet again making assumptions and not having any idea as they do not stream themselves. Some channels have VODS unpublished when copyrighted music is played and also VODS only save for a certain period of time being not partnered (See attached). Your post is accussing someone of international fraud and is considered as defamatory and done with malice as you have no proof of your statement. I do NOT incentivize players to use my casino links. I do not push links as hard as other affiliates for my own reason. You may say the player may engage in this activity but this case is about me not him . I ask you to make yourself aware of the repercussions of making such wild allegations!

You can also not have affiliate links to casinos on twitch which you clearly do not understand so the links wouldnt be visible in vods or bot commands in respect of twitch's decision to prohibit them

Would be great if you can also comment on the rest of the stuff why there is 1 click 1 signup and 1 FTD how is it possible if there are so many people engaged in views of your videos. in August there was same case and we payout to you fully even though it was also incentivized traffic 2 clicks 1 signup 1 ftd.

Can you please share where did you publish Twitch Video promoting Shazam Casino? Your player/friend deposited 7th of April so it should be around that time you published the video.

If you write here that the issue is resolved and you are sorry that you simply didn't realize that your engaged in incentivized traffic and send your Crypto wallet to your affiliate manager and we will pay the same amount your player deposited so we can end up this unnecessary discussion over 125$.

If someone stumbles upon a link and signups , thats their perogative. Its like posting a video on youtube and someone uses your link 10 years later.. it doesnt mean the affiliate had to broadcast in order to obtain. Not only that it was a $250 CPA not $125 as you state. I will be serving a cease and desist if you continue with your defamation and slander

You don't have any evidence that shows that you actually promoted Shazam Casino because you never did except sharing it with your friend who you confirmed engaged in incentivized traffic.

Threatening on serving cease and desist while you are violating Terms and Conditions of Twitch and providing screenshot yourself to prove it and explaining how to circumventing Twitch policy that forbids gaming is a bit hypocrite.

Please tell the player to send his full KYC to the support to get refund for his deposit even though he played it all down.

This will be my last post in this thread and I think there is enough evidence for anyone to make the right conclusion about the traffic you sent.

More evidence were provided to AGD representative not to breach any NDA related to private information.

I do not have the VOD as stated earlier but i can get many witnesses to the broadcast i did on shazam. Its not a threat Kira, its a promise cause you are making malcious statements inorder to make yourself , the casino and your company look better to the general public. I did not violate any terms, this is a case of yourself (superiorshare) and Alistair Solutions N.V not complying with the contract that was made. The player commented on this thread and said he does not want his money back because he spent it! . You have insufficent proof and are posting assumptions based on opionion not actual fact. In saying that Kira, they cannot be posted unless its fact. Therefor a cease and desist is in order to make you aware of your words on this thread.
